What the beta includes
Guided interviews, editable plans, template previews, fresh AI answers and Full AI website drafts. Review suggestions and approve your own facts, plans and content separately. Generated business websites are not automatically published. Real payments, subscriptions and customer charges are disabled. No revenue share is charged during this free beta.
Before sending anything to AI
When you select Ask AI, your question, saved interview answers and selected language are sent to the OpenAI API. Full AI generation sends the current approved business and website context. The response is saved as a separate draft. Requests use store:false; this setting does not establish zero provider retention. Do not enter sensitive, bank, confidential or real-customer data. AI can make mistakes and does not provide verified market evidence or professional legal, tax, medical or financial advice.
Free access with usage limits
You are not charged for beta AI use. Both AI features share the operator’s US$50 total beta allowance, with a US$0.50 per-account daily reservation limit and a US$0.025 maximum reservation per request. Reservations can exceed actual usage and remain held when billing is uncertain. Limits can stop AI generation while saved drafts remain available. There is no automatic budget renewal. Availability may also pause for a pricing review.
Information used to provide the service
ChatGPT sign-in supplies a site-specific account identifier, email and, when available, display name. The application uses your identifier to separate workspaces. Submitted text, plans, approvals, drafts and timestamps are saved. Application security records include a hashed account identifier, request references, event types, session and rate-limit information. Hosting and authentication providers may process additional connection and diagnostic data. Fictional business content does not make account and usage data anonymous.
Service providers and locations
OpenAI provides ChatGPT sign-in, Sites hosting services and the AI API; the deployed application uses Cloudflare Workers and D1 storage. Data may be processed outside your country. The API sends requests to api.openai.com without a regional-residency configuration. OpenAI documents default abuse-monitoring retention of up to 30 days, with legal and safety exceptions. store:false disables response storage for this request; it does not disable abuse monitoring. Sites and authentication have their own provider policies. Processing can occur in the United States and other countries used by providers; exclusive Colombian or US storage and zero retention are not promised. Review OpenAI’s Privacy Policy, API data controls and subprocessor list, and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Cookies and browser storage
The application session cookie is Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, with a seven-day browser lifetime; server sessions expire after 30 minutes idle or 12 hours total. Local storage remembers language and workspace navigation until you clear it. Unsaved task notes are kept in session storage for the current browser tab, scoped to your account and business. Saving sends them to your private workspace and removes that local draft. Closing the tab clears session storage, subject to browser session restoration. This application code does not load optional advertising or marketing trackers. Platform-managed authentication cookies and infrastructure telemetry require a separate inventory; this is not a complete cookie audit.
How long records remain
Workspace content, saved drafts and approval history remain while you use the beta until you request deletion or the beta ends; there is no automatic inactivity purge. John Hoyos must review stored content at beta closure and remove information no longer needed. Required authorization and dispute evidence is retained only while needed to demonstrate consent or handle a specific legal claim, with the reason recorded for each exception. API accounting reservations and minimal abuse records may be retained to enforce the total budget and prevent abuse; retaining a reservation does not require retaining its generated content. Expired session and rate-limit records are eligible for operator maintenance after the expiry windows; maintenance is not currently scheduled and no automatic deletion is promised. Provider-managed logs and copies follow their own retention rules and are outside the application’s direct deletion control.
Your information and requests
Contact John Hoyos at the email below to ask about your data, request access, correction, a copy of an authorization, withdrawal or deletion, or raise a complaint. Requests require identity verification. In-product deletion currently records a pending request; it does not erase stored records automatically. Archiving hides a workspace and is reversible. Send the request from your signed-in account email with the workspace reference and the requested right; do not send identity documents unless a proportionate verification step is separately arranged. John Hoyos handles the request and replies through the same verified channel. Colombian access queries: up to 10 business days, with a reasoned extension of up to 5; correction/deletion complaints: up to 15 business days after complete receipt, with a reasoned extension of up to 8. Incomplete complaints are identified within 5 business days; complete complaints are marked pending within 2. You may complain to Colombia’s SIC after first requesting action from us. Applicable mandatory rights take precedence. Archiving and withdrawal are not deletion. We confirm the records deleted, any justified exceptions and provider limitations; deleting your ChatGPT account is a separate provider process.
Beta limitations and your next steps
Do not rely on the beta as your only copy of important work. Complete hosted backup and isolated recovery have not been demonstrated. Review AI output before using it; no income, business success or legal compliance is guaranteed. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate people, fabricate testimonials or bypass usage limits. Contact the operator for help; no 24-hour support or response-time guarantee is made.
